Where the Savoy London has the Monet Suite, Brown’s Hotel’s most breath-taking room is the Talacharn (the ‘ch’ sound is pronounced in the same way as in the Scottish word ‘loch’). Talacharn is the Welsh name for Laugharne. This breath-taking double height room takes up half the roof space of the Brown’s Hotel and comprises a separate seating area, writing desk and additional sofa bed. Here you can sense the heart, soul and history of the hotel. There is a real sense of theatre here. In keeping with the sense of space this room has a super-king sized bed.
